I haven't been able to find much info the New York based death metal band Alleged Satanic Ritual Abuse other than what is on their MySpace page.

The band plays a mixture of death metal, punk and grindcore. The band is inspired by Carcass, Suffocation, Napalm Death and Discordance Axis among other. It's noticeable as the band uses many of the typical ideas and uses them in the music.

The band relies a lot on the slow and heavy parts of the music, but they don't forget to add some faster and more brutal elements now and then. The tri-vocals are also an asset as these add some additional variation.

The trio has some alright ideas, but it's difficult to form a suitable opinion on less than seven minutes of music, including the samples. Sure these seven minutes do give a clue of the style and such, but it's not enough to say if the music is good or bad. However it does seem like Alleged Satanic Ritual Abuse with some more work could become an interesting band.
