After the Asses For the Masses demo Polish ass fixated grinders Ass To Mouth inked a deal with Lifestage Productions and the result of this collaboration is the 21 song effort Kiss Ass. The band has come a little longer since the demo, but the music is overall as before. The band takes straight forward grindcore and mixes it with elements of punk and goregrind. Ass To Mouth mostly rely on blasting, but the Poles do show that they can lower the tempo when needed. The songs are diverse without making Kiss Ass stand out among the vast majority of releases.

The vocals go from the standard growls to pig squeals over to a more hardcore type of vocal. This is a contributing factor in making Kiss Ass a little more interesting. The band finish Kiss Ass off with a rendition of the Motörhead classic "We Are the Road Crew" and that sure is not the worst way to finish things off. The production on Kiss Ass is typical grindcore. The sound is not that meaty, but it's not thin either. It's more of a distorted dry type of production. Kiss Ass is no work of art, but it's not a debut that disappoint either.
