Did someone say Carcass! It's clear from track one that Exhumed are heavily inspired by the aforementioned band, but there's no reason to hold this against them since they execute their metal very well and Anatomy is Destiny is a badass release.

Exhumed add a few ideas of their own to the album, but it doesn't change the fact that it leaves little to the imagination. I couldn't really care less, 'cause why should you tamper with an excellent formula that has been tried out several times and works perfectly?

Overall this is a very good release with nice artwork and booklet but be sure to get the uncensored version; it's beyond me why it has been censored but it has. If you're a fan of Carcass, this is a must and if you like well executed death/grind/gore, then you shouldn't miss out on this one.
