This is a brand new split 7" with the grindcore lunatics Gritos De Alerta and Sick Terror. Man, does the sound suck here or what? And what's the deal with the sudden breaks between the songs? - the songs doesn't stop, they are just cut off! Anyway the music is noisy, but fast grindcore and honestly it all end up sounding way too noisy and amateur-like for my taste. The more I listen to Critos De Alerta the more evident this becomes. Sure there's are a few positive things, but I guess you can always find something positive if you look long enough, but I won't look any further here 'cause there's no way that the positive things can make up for all the negative stuff on this one.
I can't really decide whether I like Sick Terror or not. Some of the songs have some pretty good, but very hardcore-like passages. For the most the music sound very uncontrolled and noisy and often it's hard to tell one thing from the other, however I found a track like "E Sempre Pior" to be pretty good. What partly ruins the music for my concern is the shitty, thin and noisy production which really makes the music sound like hmm… noise. I guess I mostly tend to dislike this and I've written my reasons for doing so above. I wouldn't recommend this EP to anyone, simply because it's too weak and uninteresting.
