Killustration is a collection of artwork made by underground illustrator Mark Riddick. Mark has worked with many bands during the years, including well-known artists like Autopsy, Dying Fetus, Cephalic Carnage, Misery Index, Circle Of Dead Children, Internal Bleeding. Killustration is 83 pages of some of Mark's best illustrations. It gives a very good insight into what he has to offer whether it is t-shirt designs, CD covers or logos. Everything in the book is kept in black, white and grey. It definitely has a certain charm. Work-wise Mark is broad in the tools that he uses. He uses everything from pen and ink to digital collages.

It's noticeable that he has a good imagination. This immediately becomes clear when looking through the book. It's packed with some rather bizarre and grotesque illustrations. Here's everything from illustrations of a priest fucking himself with a cross to a zombie caught in a meat-grinder. Another thing that makes his art interesting is the details. Much of the work is very detailed which certainly makes it even more enjoyable to look at. Mark pretty much covers the whole spectrum as there also some fairly simple drawings included. If you like good illustrations and perhaps might even be drawing a bit yourself then I can only recommend taking a closer look at Killustration.
