Slaugorthia was formerly known as Whorid. I remember the Whorid demo was by far the worst thing I've heard, so I feared the worst when I got the Slaugorthia demo Sadist Renaissance. Again the sound is beyond terrible. Obviously this is a home recording and all you can hear is the bass, the vocals and some very badly programmed drums. Improvements definitely have been made since the Whorid demo, but there's a long, long way before this gets listenable. One of the most obvious things is that you can't hear the guitars at all, but as I wrote before the sound is also absolutely horrible. It's actually so bad that it's almost funny, but then again I couldn't probably have don't it much better myself. Slaugorthia needs to spend a lot more time on practicing and improving their sound if they ever want to get a score higher than a big fat zero.
